We provide free standard shipping on all items over the cost of $999.99. Please allow 5 - 10 business for delivery after placing your order.
Select larger items such as beds, power wheelchairs, scooters, ramps etc. may take longer to deliver. At the point of check out one of our customer service representatives will contact you to advise a more precise time of delivery.
For items that are larger and require freight shipping, the freight company will contact you to arrange an appropriate delivery time.
Return Policy: Unless otherwise noted, products can be returned within seven (7) days in new and unused condition only. Customer must pay return shipping (if applicable) plus 25% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once the product has been returned and is determined to be in new and unused condition. Items cannot be returned after 7 days of the date of purchase.
If you want to exchange your product, it must be returned in new condition and you are responsible for return shipping. The initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.
If product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, or a credit will be issued for an amount totaling no more than the purchase price. Call us (416-638-9522) so we can authorize the repair or return and replacement of the product.
There is a fee of 25% on all rental cancellations. This includes the cost of delivery if applicable.
In the interest of customer satisfaction, In Motion Services Inc. may at its sole discretion, offer refunds or exchanges to customers on products covered by manufacturer's warranties.
90 day Pro-rated Warranty on replacement batteries. For example, if the battery fails one (1) month after the original purchase, the customer would be entitled to a prorated warranty credit of 33 1/3% (1/3) of the original purchase price towards the purchase of a new replacement battery at the same retail price (or current retail price if that is lower). The replacement battery would then carry the balance of time remaining on the original prorated 90 day warranty. In this example, the replacement battery would have 2 months remaining on the original pro-rated warranty.
One (1) month warranty on the charger.
In Motion Services Inc. will assume no liability, whatsoever, if any defect in the product is found to be the result of improper storage or use of the product not consistent with In Motion Services instructions and recommendations.
In addition, In Motion Services Inc. shall be without liability for any defect in any product which In Motion Services, in its opinion, determines has resulted from the product being repaired or altered by someone other than In Motion Services.
In Motion Services Inc. does not warrant the fitness for any particular purpose of its products and does not make any warranty, express or implied, other than the limited warranty contained herein.
